Blow-molded pallets are limited by cost and process conditions. Compared with other plastic pallet manufacturers, manufacturers that produce blow-molded pallets have slightly fewer numbers. Such plastic pallets generally have heavier weight, strong impact resistance, and large carrying capacity, and are mostly used for heavy-duty packaging products.
Blow molding is a method in which the heated parison closed in the mold is blown into a hollow product by means of gas pressure, or the tube parison is inflated into a tube film without a mold. This method is mainly used in the manufacture of various packaging containers and tubular films. All those with a melt index of 0.04 to 1.12 are relatively excellent hollow blow molding materials, such as polyethylene, polyvinyl, polypropylene, polystyrene, thermoplastic polyester, polycarbonate, polyenamine, cellulose acetate and Polyacetal resin, of which polyethylene is the most used.
